6. Retention Period for Personal Data
Your personal data is retained for the period required by the processing purpose. When the retention period expires, personal data will be: • Deleted • Destroyed • Anonymized

Under Article 11 of the KVKK, as data subjects, you have the following rights: • To learn whether your personal data is being processed • To request information if processed • To learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used in accordance with its purpose • To know the third parties to whom it has been transferred domestically or abroad • To request correction if processed incompletely or incorrectly • To request deletion or destruction in accordance with the law • To request notification of the operations to the third parties to whom it has been transferred • To object to the occurrence of a negative result against you solely through automated systems analysis of the processed data • To claim compensation for damages in case of damages due to unlawful processing

You can submit your requests within the scope of KVKK in writing or via email to the following address: Email: kvkk@shutli.com Applications are finalized within 30 days at the latest in accordance with Article 13 of the KVKK.
9. Updates
